Our Mission
Unfortunately technology training has, in most cases, morphed from hands-on real-world experience into a perverse combination of sales-pitch, carefully crafted exercises that make the complex look deceptively simple, all wrapped in an endless series of PowerPoint slides, and taught by someone that, in all likelihood, has never actually worked as a production DBA or Developer.

Each of my classes is specifically designed for the database professional wishing to upgrade their skill set and to enhance their ability to get a job and get the job done. All are hands-on, none slow death by PowerPoint, and all designed to provide you, and your team, with knowledge and experience across the entire technology stack including networking, storage, and operating system. We do not just teach a  specific Oracle product or technology in isolation. We cover all essential skills. Our job is to teach you how to make effective use of the technology, not to sell it. We do not deliver sales pitches: Ever!

Group discounts are available on request. Classes, except for RAC and ASM, can be taught anywhere on the planet with electricity though additional travel expenses will apply.
